for those who think that munich is all about beer and sausages haha think again... i have been noticing recently, a significant number of Japanese restaurants around in the town... Yup sushi!! i missed sushi so much that i decided one day to go with my friends to this famous sushi restaurant located near the Hofbrauhaus called Shoya. Apparently a reputable sushi restaurant which is always packed and rumored to have authentic japanese tourists going there! hee =D yeah so we had a couple of packets of sushi to go and it really tasted so good... the only setback of course was the price! imagine the cheapest packet of 5 sushi cost already 3.50 euro (about S$7.50) oh but what the heck, it looked all so tempting i couldn't resist!

Ahh and it was the familiar taste of the wasabi.... mixed with soya sauce together with the sliced ginger... haha perfect! =D Perhaps the next time i want to recall alittle of edo sushi/ sushi teh, i will want to try out this other sushi place near the uni (recently opened) that has a sushi buffet in the afternoons for only 11.80 euro! haha
